Hey, I'm Kevin, a software engineer from Tirana, Albania.

I started out writing about tech for other people's blogs. Somewhere along the way I started building the things I used to write about, and I never stopped. I've led an engineering team on a SaaS used by 150+ businesses, and these days I run a few SaaS products of my own.

Here I write about whatever I'm obsessed with at the moment. Running AI models locally on my Mac to see what they can really do. Experiments with my AI twin. The coding side of building products. And the honest numbers from my own businesses, small ones included.

If you like seeing how things actually work, follow along.

Always learning. Always improving.
